Sales
Optimise toward the leads sales keeps.
A form fill is not a customer. Your CRM knows which leads were qualified, which became opportunities, what each was worth, and which closed. Realvertising reads that record and sends the downstream outcome back to the networks as the conversion each campaign optimises toward, inside the limits written in the Campaign Constitution. Stage meaning and deal value stay owned by your CRM: the business metrics service reads them, and the model explains what they show.
In short: Realvertising reads leads, qualification state, opportunities, stage changes and won-lost outcomes from your CRM, and holds them as the CRM layer of truth about lead and customer quality. Downstream outcomes are forwarded to Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft as offline conversions, and acquisition fields are written back onto the record.
What it is
A customer relationship management system holds the sales record: leads and companies, qualification state, opportunities, stage changes, and the reason each deal was won or lost. Stage definitions and deal values are set there, by the people who work the pipeline.
What Realvertising receives
- Leads and companies with the acquisition identifiers captured at the form — click identifier, campaign parameters, landing page and first-touch source.
- Qualification state and every transition, including disqualification with the reason your team recorded.
- Opportunities with value, currency, owner, stage changes and the date each stage was entered.
- Won and lost outcomes with the closed amount, the lost reason, and the elapsed time from first touch to close.
What it sends back
- Qualified-lead, opportunity-created and closed-won events to Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft as offline conversions, carrying the click identifier and the value your CRM holds.
- Acquisition fields written onto the lead, contact and company record: credited channel, campaign, ad and landing page, with the attribution rule named beside them.
- A flag on records that entered a suppression or seed audience, so a rep can see why a customer stopped being advertised to.
What this lets you ask
Questions this connection makes answerable.
- Which campaigns are credited with leads that sales qualifies, and which with volume disqualified within a day?
- What is cost per opportunity by channel this quarter, next to cost per lead?
- How long does a LinkedIn lead take to reach closed-won compared with a Google search lead?
How it connects
- 1Authorise your CRM and select the objects Realvertising reads — leads, companies, opportunities — and the pipelines that count.
- 2Map your stages to outcome events: which stage means qualified, which means opportunity, which means won. The mapping is explicit and versioned.
- 3Name the field carrying the click identifier on inbound records, then set which outcomes are forwarded to which networks under the Constitution's approval rules.
Where it stops
- Stage meaning, deal value and pipeline structure belong to your CRM. Realvertising consumes those definitions and does not redefine a stage or recompute a deal's worth.
- Records created without a click identifier join at campaign level at best, and often not at all. The connection page states the match rate rather than inferring a source.
- A closed-won deal is recorded after a campaign and credited to it under your rule. Whether the campaign changed the outcome is a question for a holdout or geo test.
