Nothing reaches an ad account except as an action object.

An action names what changes, where, by how much, on what evidence, and which constitution rule permits it. The action service is the only component allowed to write to an external ad account; everything else in the platform reads. Before execution, the action is tested against your limits — daily movement, change cap, protected campaigns, minimum evidence, approval switches. After execution, the previous state is kept, so the change can be undone from the record that made it.

In practice

What exactly happens if I approve the Meta budget move?

ACT-2291 changes two campaign budgets: Google Prospecting down €1,200 a day, Meta Prospecting up €1,200 a day, across €36,000 of monthly spend. The evidence attached is the 14-day comparison — Google recorded at €184 CAC, Meta at €121, against your €140 target, under the same attribution rule on both sides. Expected impact is roughly 31 additional customers over 30 days at the current blended rate. Confidence is high; 14 days is above your minimum evidence threshold. The alternative explanation is stored with it: part of Meta's advantage may be plan mix, which is why the move is sized at €1,200 a day rather than the full gap. On approval the action service writes to both ad accounts, records the previous budgets and logs the result, so one click reverses it. Constitution check: within the €1,500 daily movement limit, 7.0% against the 15% cap, and brand search untouched.

One writer, per-network adapters

Each network has an adapter that declares what it genuinely supports. Conversion adjustments exist on Google, Meta and Microsoft and not on TikTok or LinkedIn, so an action that depends on them is never drafted for those channels.

Checked before, not after

ACT-2291 moves €1,200 a day and is tested against the €1,500 movement limit and the 15% change cap, which it clears at 7.0%. An action that fails a check queues for approval with the failing rule named. Nothing executes and reports the breach afterwards.

Three levels of autonomy

In Recommend, the AI drafts and a person approves each action. In Guarded Autopilot, in-bounds budget moves execute while a new channel, market or creative still waits for you. In Autonomous, routine in-bounds work stops queuing — the constitution itself does not loosen.

Behind one answer

Answer
Meta. Its customers are credited with €14,800 more collected 90-day revenue than Google's on 15% less spend.
Evidence
311 customers, 90-day window, invoiced value from the finance system, last-non-direct attribution.
Business impact
Moving €1,200/day would add an estimated 31 customers this month.
Confidence
High — 14 days above the minimum evidence threshold.
Alternative explanation
Meta's audience skews to annual plans. Some of the gap is plan mix rather than channel quality.
Recommended action
