How it works

One objective, six steps, and a rule that outranks the AI.

The loop is the same every day: set what success means, execute across networks, read what actually happened from the systems that know, rank the moves, check them against your limits, and act — writing down the before state so the change can be undone.

A demonstration account with a €50,000 monthly budget acquiring annual SaaS customers at a €140 target cost. Spend is split across Google €17,200, Meta €19,800, TikTok €8,000, LinkedIn €5,000. Across the month the account is credited with 311 customers at a blended cost of €144.69, slightly above target.

The loop

What happens between your objective and your invoice.

  1. 01

    Set the objective

Customers, qualified pipeline, revenue, gross profit or contribution margin — with the hard limits that go with it.

  2. 02

    Execute

One campaign intent, translated by adapters into the structures each network actually accepts.

  3. 03

    Read the outcome

Delivery from the networks, journeys from your web analytics, quality from your CRM, money from your finance system.

  4. 04

    Rank the moves

The budget engine and metrics services compute each candidate against the objective; the model assembles the comparison.

  5. 05

    Check the limits

Every proposal is tested against the Campaign Constitution before it is shown, so nothing surfaces that could not be executed.

  6. 06

    Act and record

The action service is the only thing that touches an ad account, and it writes the before state so the change can be reversed.

Objectives

Nine things you can ask it to maximise.

The objective decides which of the four truth layers is primary, and what the system is allowed to buy more of.

  • Acquire customers
  • Generate qualified leads
  • Build pipeline
  • Start paid subscriptions
  • Grow revenue
  • Maximise gross profit
  • Maximise contribution margin
  • Grow customer value
  • A weighted objective of your own

Decision clocks

Minutes

Broken landing pages · Tracking or conversion feed outage · Spend runaway · Account disapproval

Hourly

Budget pacing · Sharp cost spikes · Delivery anomalies

Daily

Channel reallocation · Campaign scaling and suppression · Creative fatigue · Lead quality

Multi-day

Audience strategy · Creative concept winners · Landing-page message tests

Weekly

Channel mix · Market expansion · Customer value and margin strategy

Realtime data does not mean realtime campaign changes. A budget moved every minute never leaves the learning phase, so optimisation waits for the evidence threshold even when the dashboard updated seconds ago.

Getting connected

Six steps, and only the first two are required.

  1. 01

    Say what success means

Customers, qualified leads, pipeline, subscriptions, revenue, gross profit, contribution margin or a weighted objective of your own.

  2. 02

    Connect one ad account

Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft. One is enough to start; the cross-channel argument needs two.

  3. 03

    Connect an outcome source

Your CRM for lead quality, or your finance system for collected revenue. Without one of these the product can only report what the networks report.

  4. 04

    Write the constitution

Budget ceiling, daily movement limit, max CAC, minimum margin, protected campaigns and which actions need a human.

  5. 05

    Read the baseline

Existing campaigns, creative, audiences and outcomes are analysed before anything is proposed. Wasted spend usually shows up here.

  6. 06

    Approve the first actions

Start in Recommend mode. Nothing executes until you say so, and every proposal carries the evidence behind it.

A decision, as stored

Every action leaves a record you can audit.

The decision that proposed it, the evidence it rested on, the metric snapshot at the time, the constitution checks it passed, and whether a human had to approve it.

Behind one answer

Answer
Meta. Its customers are credited with €14,800 more collected 90-day revenue than Google's on 15% less spend.
Evidence
311 customers, 90-day window, invoiced value from the finance system, last-non-direct attribution.
Business impact
Moving €1,200/day would add an estimated 31 customers this month.
Confidence
High — 14 days above the minimum evidence threshold.
Alternative explanation
Meta's audience skews to annual plans. Some of the gap is plan mix rather than channel quality.
Recommended action
Move €1,200/day from Google Prospecting to Meta Prospecting.
Constitution check
Passes — within the €1,500/day movement limit.
