Intent above the networks

You describe the outcome once; adapters write it into each network's grammar.

A campaign starts as one intent: the outcome, the market, the economics, the budget, the limits. Adapters render that intent into the objects each network accepts — campaign types, conversion actions, targeting facets, asset formats. Auction-level delivery stays with the networks, and nothing at this level reaches inside a bid. What is decided here is which network holds which share of budget, which business outcome each one is pointed at, and which creative and landing page combinations are live. When a network retires a campaign type or renames a field, the adapter absorbs the change and the intent stands as written.

Rebuilding the same campaign by hand

Teams re-enter one campaign into four ad managers, each with its own naming, conversion actions and audience definitions. The copies drift within weeks, and no two networks are counting the same event. Comparing them after that is arithmetic on incompatible objects.

Intent above, adapters below it

Economics live on the intent; the figures measured against it are produced elsewhere. Spend, credited revenue, CAC and margin are attached by the attribution service, the budget engine, the business metrics service and your finance system. The Growth Brain plans which of those to query and explains what came back; it calculates none of them.

Channels become comparable and edits reversible

Because every live object traces to one intent, a Google asset group and a Meta ad set can be ranked in the same CAC and margin columns. Budget moves between them stay inside Campaign Constitution limits on daily movement, dwell time and protected campaigns. Each edit is logged with the evidence behind it and reverts through the adapter that made it.

One goal. Every channel. Real business truth.
