The business outcome is an object, not a setting.

A Goal carries objective, horizon, budget, target metric, hard limits, markets, products, segment, attribution model and financial objective. Supported objectives run from customers and qualified leads through pipeline, paid subscriptions, revenue, gross profit, contribution margin and customer value to custom weighted combinations. Because the attribution model is part of the Goal, changing it changes how credit is distributed everywhere that Goal is used, and the change is visible rather than silent. Nothing downstream ranks against a goal you have not written down.

Objective and metric are separate

An objective names what you want more of. The target metric names the number that measures it, and the financial objective names the profitability test it has to pass. A Goal set to contribution margin will not accept a channel whose margin fails that test, whatever its reported conversion volume.

Hard limits travel with the goal

Max CAC, minimum margin, budget ceiling and market scope are properties of the Goal, not preferences buried in a settings screen. Every recommendation is checked against them before it is shown to you. The limits set here are the same ones the Campaign Constitution enforces at execution time.

Markets, products and segments are scoped

A Goal applies to named markets, products and segments, so one account can run several goals without them competing for the same budget by accident. Performance is read inside that scope only. A Goal for one market never claims results recorded in another.

In this capability

  • Nine objective types
  • Horizon and budget
  • Max CAC and margin floors
  • Attribution model per goal

One goal. Every channel. Real business truth.
