Getting started
Two of these are required. The other four each narrow what the system has to guess at.
1. Say what success means
Pick the objective and the number that measures it: customers under a cost, qualified pipeline above a quality bar, revenue, gross profit, contribution margin, subscriptions, or a weighted objective of your own. Set the hard limits at the same time — max CAC, minimum margin, budget ceiling and markets.
2. Connect one ad account
Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft, through that network authorisation flow. One is enough for the product to work. The cross-channel argument needs at least two, because a comparison needs something to compare.
3. Connect an outcome source
Your CRM for lead quality, or your finance system for collected revenue. Without one of these the product can only report what the networks report about themselves, which is the problem it exists to solve.
4. Write the constitution
Budget ceiling, maximum daily change, maximum channel movement per day, minimum conversions before scaling, protected campaigns, and which action types require a human. Start restrictive. Loosening later is easy; explaining an unexpected spend is not.
5. Read the baseline
Existing campaigns, creative, audiences and outcomes are analysed before anything is proposed. This is where wasted spend, poor-quality campaigns, missing creative formats and tracking gaps usually surface.
6. Approve the first actions
Every account starts in Recommend mode, where nothing executes without approval. Move to Guarded Autopilot when the evidence behind the recommendations has earned it — most accounts take about a month.
One goal. Every channel. Real business truth.
Connect your ad accounts, say what a good customer is worth, and let the Growth Brain work the objective inside limits you set.
