How the system is put together, and which parts are allowed to touch your ad accounts.
The adapter interface
Each network has an adapter owning authentication, account discovery, object creation, creative upload, targeting translation, budget changes, reporting ingestion, conversion feedback and API version changes. Capabilities differ per network and the adapters declare which they support rather than forcing a parity that does not exist.
One service writes
The action service is the only component permitted to mutate an external ad account. Every write passes authentication, role check, goal scope, the Campaign Constitution, rate and change limits, a network capability check, and idempotency control before it executes.
The AI boundary
The model never calls a network method. It produces a structured proposal — a decision object naming the action, the evidence references and the metric snapshot — and the action service decides whether it is permitted. Widening what the model can do is a change to that service, not a change to a prompt.
Untrusted input
Campaign names, ad copy, landing-page URLs, CRM notes and imported content are data inside a context boundary. They cannot elevate tool permissions or redirect an action. A campaign named to look like an instruction is still just a campaign name.
Idempotency
Business events and conversion uploads carry an idempotency key. Webhooks retry, queues replay and networks drop responses; without the key one recovered retry quietly adds a second sale to the revenue a campaign is credited with.
Webhooks
Subscribe to decisions proposed, actions executed, constitution breaches, anomaly detections and experiment readouts. Every payload carries the decision identifier, so an external system can reconstruct why something changed.
