The read and write surfaces, and what each one is for.
Goals
Create, read and update goal objects. A goal is the unit everything else ranks against, so changing one re-plans the campaigns serving it rather than silently changing a report.
Campaigns
Read canonical campaign intent and the network objects each intent produced. Writes go through the action service and are subject to the same constitution checks as an automated change.
Decisions
Read the decision log: what was proposed, the evidence references, the metric snapshot, the confidence, the expected impact, the constitution checks and whether approval was required.
Actions
Read the action log: channel, external account, external object, action type, before and after state, executor, result and rollback state. Immutable and exportable.
Metrics
Query the business metrics service directly for the same figures the product uses. Every metric names its definition and its source, so an export and a dashboard tile cannot disagree.
Events
POST business events and conversion values with an idempotency key. This is the same surface the CRM and commerce connectors use.
